  2. 1 Tablespoon water
  3. 1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
  4. 1/3 cup instant mashed potatoes
  5. 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  7. 4 (4 oz) walleye fillets
Instructions
  1. 1. Preheat an oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Grease a baking sheet.
  2. 2. Beat the eggs and water together in a bowl until smooth; set aside. Combine the bread crumbs, potato flakes, and Parmesan cheese in a separate bowl with the seasoned salt until evenly mixed.   1. 2 large walleyed pike fillets
Marinade
  1. 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  2. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  3. 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  4. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  5. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  6. 1/2 tablespoon fresh coarse ground black pepper

  1. 1/4 cup butter
  2. 2 -3 large garlic cloves, finely chopped
  3. 1 -2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  4. 2 1/2 lbs boneless skinless walleyed pike fillet or 2 1/2 lbs other lean white-fleshed fish fillets
  5. salt & freshly ground black pepper
  6. 3/4 cup grated romano cheese
  7. 1 cup fine dry breadcrumb
  8. green onion (optional)
Instructions
  1. 1. Spray a 15X10X1 baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. 2. In small saucepan, melt butter and stir in garlic and lemon juice.Rinse fillets. Cut into 6 servings, if necessary.
  3. Sprinkle fish with Romano cheese and cover with bread crumbs. Drizzle the fish with any remaining garlic-lemon butter. (Fish may be prepared to this point, covered and refrigerated up to 1 hour).

  3. 1 cup coarsely crushed saltines (about 22 crackers)

  4. 18 ounces skinless, boneless walleye fillets

  7. 2 small onions, finely chopped
